Sales Team "the App” provides sales rep back office , sales rep order tracking and features for sales reps to make sales and grow your revenuw, "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: Store information, store owner email, Order information for sales rep order tracking , Customers information for tagging customers to sales reps, Discounts and Draft orders created by the reps
Additionally, we do NOT collect any types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App
We use the personal information (owner email and sales rep emails) to send transactional emails, whenever the sales rep send invoices or the customer pays the invoices sent by the customers. We may also send ocassional marketing emails about the new features that we add.Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We do NOT share your personal information with any 3rd party.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records for 2 years to show reports for the last 2 years. Unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
